We make every effort to display product colors, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors, garment fit, print placement, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, production methods, garment variation, and normal manufacturing differences.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Payment is required at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If your payment is declined, your order may not be processed.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. This confirmation means we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, or shipment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including inventory issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address problems, technical errors, or violation of these Terms.
7. All Sales Final / No Refunds
All sales are final.
Ninth Bell does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by law.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
Because products may be limited-run, small-batch, preorder-based, or made in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee post-purchase changes, product swaps, size exchanges, or order cancellations.
8. Shipping Policy
Ninth Bell currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
9. Preorders and Limited Drops
Some products may be sold as preorders, limited drops, or made-to-order items.
If an item is a preorder, the estimated production and shipping window will be listed on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation when available.
By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item will not ship immediately and that production timelines may vary.
10. Shipping Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated timeframe.
If no shipping timeframe is stated, orders will generally be prepared and shipped within a reasonable period after purchase.
If there is a significant delay, we may contact you with an updated timeline or available options. If required by applicable law, we may request your consent to the delay or cancel/refund the affected order.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Ninth Bell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
12. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.
Ninth Bell is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, your mailroom, or the shipping carrier.
13. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you may receive order updates, transactional messages, or marketing messages depending on the consent you provided.
Marketing messages are optional and are not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or SMS messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message, including replying STOP to SMS messages where applicable.
